Nose X JohnF X Germantown Poetry Festival

Saturday was SuperDope! And I am not talking about Phsh's dope party at "One" every wednesday that you should also check out if your in the Delph (Cough*freepromotion*cough). I was blessed to wake up and get up with two of the most talented artist Philly has, to show support at the Germantown Poetry Festival. The plan was to meet at my spot, jump in the wheels and ride to the fest where John and Nose would bang out some live art along with a couple other dope artist while the word Gods dropped that really "real talk" for the people! Bung Bung. Enjoy the flicks of these wild artist in there natural habitat straight crushing!

The Germantown Poetry Festival may only be once a year but, satelite events and fundraisers go on all year round. Donations of both time, money and most importantly a strong organizing community base make this event possible. Store Checkout: FORMAT

If you are every near the borough of Queens make sure to stop by FORMAT, one of the cities illest streetwear cpots. On a recent trip there last week I was able to check out their dope selection of clothes, bike gear, and the owners were proper ass dudes that were a great representation of what Queens is all about. Hustlin! They were stocked with a tight selection from brands like ANIMAL, Mishka, The Hundreds, Nike, and more. Their team composed of Nigel Sparks, Sean Ewing, Cheech, and Nike pro rider Nigel Sylvestor (Check the kid) is quite strong and their focus on the future seems unclouded by their success and already growing notoriety within the industry. Each member of their team brings something different to the table that gives this store a unique feel and I really respect their commitment to provide only quality product and brands to their Queens community.

Trust they are all good guys at FORMAT but watch out for Nigel. You would think his stacks dough comes from his bike skills but in reality I think he gets most of his dough from hustling interviewers in the back room.
Pre text - After heated debate Nigel is about to try to shoot a bottle through a fucking maze of wires and other stock room deterrents into a garbage can that he must hit, nothing but bag.
Nigel, “oh yeah I got this”
Shaun, “Na I got ten says you dont”
Nigel, “Do I get one practice?”
SDon, “F it. My twenty says you aint got it first try” (Looking all smug like “fuck no this dude aint making this shit”)
Nigel, “Bet” (He shoots!..... ”
SDon, “God Damit!” (Passes over the twenty)
